Appointment Confirmation Id For Us Visa

I did it again!

I sign up now for a few days after the Race! I needed the time to think about it a bit and finish the race. Although this is not successful. But I wanted you interested n Readers can not wait any longer.
Let's start on Sunday morning. Actually I wanted to sleep until 4:30 clock, but somehow my night was so restless that I was awake at 4am. What was the well? In preparation
worked just fine. Bags were still all in the same place where bike was ok and the obligatory toilet was not this time so pressed for time as it was in Nice (some may remember as yet). So relax if you can put it that way at all, to the start. Sorry you had to have a good grid position for fifteen minutes before time in the water. Where was the problem because you ask now determined, right? Well, outside temperatures were around 10 ° C and the water temperature was 16.2 ° C. By the start I was already very cold at, but then after the national anthem, which I've heard about 4 to 5 times at the event, it went off. I came away s uper. Nach 58' kam ich dann from the water. Much slower than planned, but no reason to be nervous. Then it went
to the wheel with a slightly modified preparation I had been trying to improve myself on the bike. And it went off well. At the beginning I had a newspaper slid under the shirt to keep off a little cold. In Phoenix but was only sun, but the heat was only 10 -11am there and it was said first to lose little energy as possible. Except for the feet and the arms it was all right. The first round was super easy! And when I caught at km 30 Frank Schuster, later runner-up, I was full of optimism. I knew however, that he would run significantly faster als ich und so musste ich mir was überlegen.
Schließlich musste ich indeed drink once in between. So I drove so with 110km to the toilets. Booyah! Only power wasted and now even have to pull the group in one of my toughest competitor is sitting in it. But it did need! The last three laps then was very difficult for me. The wind had turned and we had a headwind on the way back. Right where I had always had problems with the length as such. So I lost yet 6minutes to the group. I speak always of the group, which is not necessarily so, such as cyclists, but everyone knows that the distance of 7 meters is kept rather low, and then the head plays an important role. So I went to 5:12 and 182km from the wheel (my odometer showed sogar noch ein paar Kilometer mehr an).
After an even slower than marathon in 3:46 of Nice (where the profile was indeed more difficult), I came up with a final time of 10:03 to finish !
It was a hard day! Normal hard at 10h sport. Unfortunately, I've actually hardly reaches a goal of what I undertook. I'm particularly sad about the missed Hawaii qualification. There were two places and I was the first who had to watch! But one consolation is
it still! As indicated in the attachment I was third in my age group. And the award ceremony and now the Cup at home in the limelight, but I can still look back with happiness on this competition.
is now completed the long season. My joy at the training-free and delicious Christmas time is huge. Right now, I can still make any statement about the future course and the new season. But I'm not ready!
would like to end this first long-distance season I get rid of some acknowledgments.
first To my sponsors who supported me very actively! Be it in features of sharp material, perfect nutritional components or even a direct support for long-distance.
second My family and friends who were very interested in my performance and understanding of my limited time.
third I must especially thank my coach!
Du gibst mir so viel Kraft! DANKE!!!

Baitbus Online Stream

The calm before the storm!

Die letzten Days I have again used properly in order to experience as much. I have enjoyed the NHL game, I went out one day in the desert and was walking yesterday and I was once really good shopping. Yes you have to exploit.
So we see her, a little program I've been behind me. But now the focus is clearly on the race course. Today I picked up my papers and saw the first time the whole terrain de. The swim course I'm partly abgeschwommen. The water is so cold. Here in Arizona it is actually year-round warm and sunny, but the lake is cold! How does it work? :-) 17.8 ° C! But well, since we do have them all with. For the weather here is still very very nice. As it is predicted, but the wind will not be so strong. Let's hope once that here with their weather forecast is better than some with us!
The swim was unfortunately not as good, but I'm not too worried. The last units here on the ground on the bike and when I walked w arene for really good and I think that come the big day can. In that sense, I hope you all set me fingers crossed! I'm going to need all to a nice, good, fast race completed. Unfortunately it will probably be no video transmission, but you can of course my times and the state to pursue and ironman.com ironmanarizona.com. Race dates are to me then as soon as possible.

What Does It Mean When Your Cervix Is Low?

Welcome to Arizona!

I sign up for the first time almost two days are around and it is simply fantastic. Germany escaped the wet weather and well-tempered purely in the desert climate. Here are currently 25 ° C or as it is called here 74 ° F. Unfortunately, it winds today so it feels quite strong and maybe only like 22 ° C! ;-) The journey went smoothly. No problems, neither with nor luggage with travel time, etc., but the tour was really long (24hours on the road). I am still slowed by jet lag. The night listening but no later than 6 am for mich auf.
This is determined as impressive as the experience yesterday at the NBA game of the Phoenix Suns . Simply huge (at least containing everything one size larger than ours). But now an end of it, nothing else is!
I apply again and leave you (hopefully) back into wanderlust.

Baby Throat Infection Bad Cough

form curve seems to be true!

This week I have completed my high Trainings-/Ausdauerpensum. Now I'm going to try me the necessary fine-tuning to get it at 22.11. with full power my second Ironman to complete as possible.
I have in the past few weeks but can work very well. The weather was often even if it partly been overcome cost as long as ever to stay out. The disease is through a dense nose off and I also feel like my fitness is improving. Let's hope that my performance will again be fully there.
Yesterday I received my dress rehearsal in terms of fitness. A coupling Training of 130/30 to show how my training has been struck and if I had worked so well. The cycling was ok . Unfortunately, I lack a little strength, what I refer to the disease and returning again hard for weeks performed strength training. However, the length I fell quite easily. When running, it was then, like it was a long time. reeled with controlled pulse and surprisingly good legs I kilometers from. Although the pace was not particularly high, but during a long endurance base unit, it is after all not matter. But I had no time or energy muscular problems. This gives us hope!
Now it is time to recover completely to gather forces to bring a bit of the final finish and then enjoy the time too! For it is only to Thailand a few years ago, my second big trip! Thus, the competition only a happy event which is expecting me!

Names For New House In Kerala

end of the season? - No, thank you!

For many, the season now complete. Also with me it was the last years to come. But this year I want to know again. had to Nice I plan to have enough time and comfort to the rest of the season. As the summer has now been used more or less half (long recovery), I found my energy back and Cologne went so well, I decided in November to Ironman Arizona to be addressed. So far, much has been a mystery, now it's official. My preparation is of course fully in progress. Unfortunately I had a stubborn cold, but with caution rather than train with full speed. But now it will still remain the final touch in the weeks and then give let's see if I have the Ironman again keep in good memory. So you will
a few times to hear from me. But on Saturday it is first cheer and enjoy themselves when Tom and Nils give everything to Hawaii! But also once again from this side good luck and all the rest, nice race!

Foot Drop With Herniated Disc

Cologne weekend a great success

beginning of September waiting for several years now already a big triathlon festival. The Cologne Triathlon Weekend has grown into one of the largest triathlons in Germany. After last year, my girlfriend and I, this year there. Natalie started on Saturday (0,7-24-7) on the Smart distance and I was busy on Sunday with a middle distance (2,5-87-21).
This year we were allowed to Bekannten im Raum Köln übernachten und so mit optimaler Fürsorge den Wettkampf in Angriff nehmen!

Can I Get Partial Braces

good return!

Somit werde ich jetzt noch versuchen mich gut auf Cologne prepare and then filled with anticipation for the race to set me right. The entry list is correct cracks in the scene (Christian Prochnow, Clemens Coenen, Andreas Raelert etc.) fitted so that the race a really fast and will be quite interesting.

Herpe Bumps Easy To Pop

Too early for a good performance

Two weeks to Nice I wanted to show me again in the country. The triathlon debut in Itzehoe, a distinguished association here in Schleswig-Holstein offered this very well. With a good organization and a family atmosphere of this event was ideal.
Unfortunately, my legs were not yet ideal. With no further! The swim took place in a small "lake" instead. Two rounds of 750m, it should be. However, the first came after about 16 low ', so that was allowed by a shorter route to the question. But even this distance was enough for me perfectly. With plenty of distance the leader I went to the bike with my new crank should first be pressure (from 170mm 175mm). But without power in the legs, no speed on the bike where I felt most clearly that Nice was still not far away. When it went to run the race had been decided and I tried to make still a little good, but my efforts were in vain. With the thankless fourth place I finishte my first race for the absolute challenge. The lessons from this course are drawn quickly and after a few more rest days, I'm going to put my goals and new tackle, because that should not even be all.

Rental Of Dunk Tank In Singapore

I am Ironman!

At last report ich mich.
Mit einem Energiebrot (Nutella mit Banane a là Benni) versuchte ich as many carbs to take to the track. Just in time for sunrise
we were at the transition area, so I was able to control at rest and get ready all over again. Then "say goodbye" once more and from the start. There was little time to get the right sectors at the start to classify. As I stood in my sector at the 55 'rear only turn I switched, because after I saw other athletes to the pros. Without warm-up or other warm-up program, I was there and was now behind the pros nervous by the minute! And then the speaker who really brought the mood to cook! Madness! I had a pulse before the start, which I later in the run also should participate. :-)
launched!
Rein in the rather warm Mediterranean! I came away quite well, but somehow I got the road before very long. But what a surprise, it's also an Ironman, which I tried here. When I saw
shore then my girlfriend Nati and was looking animal about it since I had really taken everything more relaxed not to tense up in order. Looking into the water saw my position does not look bad. And so I came with 5 'to the fastest swimmer of the day from the water. Perfectly fine.
was when I then change the time. Small talk with my sister and then go off it should. The first 20km were flat and I let it continue to take it easy. After about 7km was my former Team-mate Jens Borchardt range drive from behind and then we drove to nice discussions. On the first and steepest increase before then I went and saw that I had great legs. So I drove on and had to constantly pacing fear. Jens had given me on the way: "An Ironman begins at 120km! Maybe I'd better have heard it. The rise of the day with 20km length and 1000HM was great. I felt well and was not full but quickly high. Everything was fine, but when reached the top I lost my rhythm and had difficulty to continue. At km 100 I had a real low point. At the beginning of the last increase (7 km long), I got cramps in the quadriceps. So descending and loosening was announced. This mountain and the subsequent departure, I drove really damn slow. But the picture of my family and girlfriend at 120km remember I drove forward. I recovered and went not fully satisfied in the second transition area. But the head was all right, because I still knew that now the real "problem" was imminent. But I should start running before I had time, unfortunately, just to the side, which cost me about two minutes. Although 2min in an Ironman are nothing, but to the point I come later.
The first of four rounds was great. Controlled and full of energy and without cramps I started running properly. Actually, I thought I at least the second round as could continue but the did not. Just after the turning point somehow the oven was off. The second and final round was the most difficult. From the third lap I was able to resume can not gel anymore, so I ran out then, later, the energy. Another problem was the relentless heat / sun. The last lap I tried again and somehow my shirt over my burned to push points. It felt really hurt only. Unfortunately I was on the last lap when I saw that the time is not really good, from the head empty. I missed a lot further to run Committed so on as before. But well, something is one of them. And then the finish line came closer and closer! I enjoyed it. The last meters I was to take as much as possible. Reason emotions overwhelmed me.
was the goal then all over! 7havi preparation, training camp, the immediate preparation of the "holiday" before. And now you ask determines what I say to ...?!
Well, funny. After my marathon in Frankfurt two years ago I wanted to make a further marathon, but I want to do an Ironman again! It actually gave me a lot of fun (even though that sounds very good crazy)! Overall, my first Ironman is 10:24 (56'-5 :33-3: 44) taken at 10h and my goal has not been fulfilled. But after a few days apart, I'm happy and I see much potential in me (To come back to the exchange with more than 3 'loss, then the cramps with minute loss and many other small things that would be solved with more experience and no additional training). In so far as I'll sit back now, first, keep track of my friends in their Ironmen and I think in peace as it is with me this season still goes on.
I want to but before I stop now the same for many people to thank!
My coach Roman Tietze, has prepared me well and the confidence which I brought against him fully confirmed!
my sponsors who supported me well and allowed me the experience of Ironman!
my family, especially Lars and Julia, with whom I studied everything in advance in Nice and the time before, during and after enjoying the race.
And last but not least my friend who had to endure all the months with me, it was the training effort, the whims or the "strange" eating habits. She was a very strong hold and always gave me strength and optimism. I am very happy that I got you!
Thank you and we hear this summer provides a few more times, your Ironman Sascha
pictures and videos be found here!
