Mittlerweile bin ich schon wieder daheim und weg aus den südlichen warmen Gefilden. Bis auf einen Vormittag hatte wir dort richtig gutes Wetter. Täglich 25°C und selbst der teils starke Wind (noch viel stärker als bei uns im Norden), war richtig warm. So hatten wir optimale Bedingungen für ein erfolgreiches Wintertraining. Aufgrund von einigen Schwierigkeit, wie z.B. dem Fluglotsenstreik der Spanier oder dem Unwetter ein paar Tage vor Arrival, there were some usage or storage. Doch nun will ich mal schauen, ob mich der volle Ehrgeiz packt und ich mich wieder mit großen Zielen ins Training stürze. Einige Ideen schwirren mir natürlich schon wieder im Kopf herum. Doch solange sie nicht fix sind, werde ich euch darüber erst einmal keine Auskunft geben. Vielleicht schaffe ich es euch ein wenig Fernweh rüber zu transpotieren und ansonsten wünsche ich allen eine schöne Vorweihnachtszeit.

Nach der angekündigten längeren Pause nach dem Ironman in Frankfurt Anfang Juli, sollte eigentlich ein zweiter Teil der Saison 2010 beginnen. Die Lust auf weiteres Training und spannende Wettkämpfe kam zurück. Doch als ich wieder mit Training einsteigen wollte, machten sich meine Kniee bemerkbar. Nun muss ich erst einmal meine Beschwerden loswerden, bevor ich wieder mit Lauftraining beginnen kann. Für die weitere Saion scheint das Wettkampfgeschehen ohne mich von statten zugehen. So einen langen Winter hatte ich auch noch nicht zu überstehen...

The pressure is high. Nach Rücksprache mit ihrer Einsatzzentrale, ob diese Demo denn auch nicht "illegal" sei ließen sie uns weiterziehen.
