Gay Cruising Areas Hawaii

2010 season begin!

Here I am again and I want all of my readers do first a happy and successful 2010. I hope you have good use of the holidays you "to build" the necessary reserves for the long season.
I managed it. :-) But now it's time runterzubekommen that. Many would say that I have not increased, but personally I see it, of course, the most. But on the day my season matured in 2010 and now it is fixed. But after serious consideration of a termination of my "triathlon career," but I am come to the conclusion that I will probably use the last academic year properly. To this end I selected the Ironman Frankfurt. There I would like to once again a really Ironman quick pass and my family an opportunity to cheer me.
More competitions will be followed again in the 2.Bundesliga. But this year again for my home club, the police SV Eutin. After rather a miserable year at USC keel it's back to the roots.
And it has still done something. And perhaps, or certainly even the most important!
I have a new coach. Last year at my request he has rejected, but this year it worked. I will be prepared by Nils Goerke , a long-standing and very successful professional triathletes, the highlight in Frankfurt. I am delighted that it has come about and am curious where I can lead his training. Now it is
come in first again, Winter survive disease-free as possible and then give gas. Finally, Frankfurt is not that far away.

Appointment Confirmation Id For Us Visa

I did it again!

I sign up now for a few days after the Race! I needed the time to think about it a bit and finish the race. Although this is not successful. But I wanted you interested n Readers can not wait any longer.
Let's start on Sunday morning. Actually I wanted to sleep until 4:30 clock, but somehow my night was so restless that I was awake at 4am. What was the well? In preparation
worked just fine. Bags were still all in the same place where bike was ok and the obligatory toilet was not this time so pressed for time as it was in Nice (some may remember as yet). So relax if you can put it that way at all, to the start. Sorry you had to have a good grid position for fifteen minutes before time in the water. Where was the problem because you ask now determined, right? Well, outside temperatures were around 10 ° C and the water temperature was 16.2 ° C. By the start I was already very cold at, but then after the national anthem, which I've heard about 4 to 5 times at the event, it went off. I came away s uper. Nach 58' kam ich dann from the water. Much slower than planned, but no reason to be nervous. Then it went
to the wheel with a slightly modified preparation I had been trying to improve myself on the bike. And it went off well. At the beginning I had a newspaper slid under the shirt to keep off a little cold. In Phoenix but was only sun, but the heat was only 10 -11am there and it was said first to lose little energy as possible. Except for the feet and the arms it was all right. The first round was super easy! And when I caught at km 30 Frank Schuster, later runner-up, I was full of optimism. I knew however, that he would run significantly faster als ich und so musste ich mir was überlegen.
Schließlich musste ich indeed drink once in between. So I drove so with 110km to the toilets. Booyah! Only power wasted and now even have to pull the group in one of my toughest competitor is sitting in it. But it did need! The last three laps then was very difficult for me. The wind had turned and we had a headwind on the way back. Right where I had always had problems with the length as such. So I lost yet 6minutes to the group. I speak always of the group, which is not necessarily so, such as cyclists, but everyone knows that the distance of 7 meters is kept rather low, and then the head plays an important role. So I went to 5:12 and 182km from the wheel (my odometer showed sogar noch ein paar Kilometer mehr an).
After an even slower than marathon in 3:46 of Nice (where the profile was indeed more difficult), I came up with a final time of 10:03 to finish !
It was a hard day! Normal hard at 10h sport. Unfortunately, I've actually hardly reaches a goal of what I undertook. I'm particularly sad about the missed Hawaii qualification. There were two places and I was the first who had to watch! But one consolation is
it still! As indicated in the attachment I was third in my age group. And the award ceremony and now the Cup at home in the limelight, but I can still look back with happiness on this competition.
is now completed the long season. My joy at the training-free and delicious Christmas time is huge. Right now, I can still make any statement about the future course and the new season. But I'm not ready!
would like to end this first long-distance season I get rid of some acknowledgments.
first To my sponsors who supported me very actively! Be it in features of sharp material, perfect nutritional components or even a direct support for long-distance.
second My family and friends who were very interested in my performance and understanding of my limited time.
third I must especially thank my coach!
Du gibst mir so viel Kraft! DANKE!!!

The calm before the storm!

Die letzten Days I have again used properly in order to experience as much. I have enjoyed the NHL game, I went out one day in the desert and was walking yesterday and I was once really good shopping. Yes you have to exploit.
So we see her, a little program I've been behind me. But now the focus is clearly on the race course. Today I picked up my papers and saw the first time the whole terrain de. The swim course I'm partly abgeschwommen. The water is so cold. Here in Arizona it is actually year-round warm and sunny, but the lake is cold! How does it work? :-) 17.8 ° C! But well, since we do have them all with. For the weather here is still very very nice. As it is predicted, but the wind will not be so strong. Let's hope once that here with their weather forecast is better than some with us!
The swim was unfortunately not as good, but I'm not too worried. The last units here on the ground on the bike and when I walked w arene for really good and I think that come the big day can. In that sense, I hope you all set me fingers crossed! I'm going to need all to a nice, good, fast race completed. Unfortunately it will probably be no video transmission, but you can of course my times and the state to pursue and ironman.com ironmanarizona.com. Race dates are to me then as soon as possible.
